Four Treasures of the Study (Simplified Chinese: 文房四宝) is an expression used to refer to the ink brush, inkstick, paper and inkstone used in Chinese calligraphy. The name stems from the time of the Southern and Northern Dynasties (420-589 AD). Anhui has a high concentration of traditional products related to calligraphy: Xuanzhou (today Xuancheng) and Huizhou (today Huangshan City) are revered for producing Xuan Paper and Hui Ink, respectively, which are traditionally considered the best types of paper and ink for Chinese calligraphy. Green tea originates from China and has become associated with many cultures in Asia from Japan to the Middle East. Recently, it has become more widespread in the West, where black tea is traditionally consumed. Over the last few decades green tea has been subjected to many scientific and medical studies to determine the extent of its long-purported health benefits, with some evidence suggesting regular green tea drinkers may have lower chances of heart disease and developing certain types of cancer. Green tea has also been claimed useful for weight loss management. During the trip, we will specially arrange a Tea Mountain and Farmer Tea House visiting where the place called Xin An Jiang and Qiandao Lake. This is a wonderful place with heavily forest and clean spring water which bring the local tea with a special taste. Qiando Yin Zhen, a quite famous local tea deeply loved by people everywhere. Students will join the special lecture in Farmer Tea House and also learn how to make tea. During your take part in the trip in Anhui & Xin An Jiang Trip, you can have the opportunity to visit the famous mineral water enterprise---Nongfu Company. After your visit, you can open not only your view, but also get a completely knowledge of the whole process of the mineral water production, which you can have a better understanding of Chinese modern enterprise.
